About Us
Welcome
The Cedars Church of Christ is a caring family of believers dedicated
to serving Christ and our community in the Wilmington, Delaware
area. Cedars is a Bible-believing, Christ-centered, mission-minded
Church. We emphasize family oriented ministries, rich Christian
fellowship, and compassionate community outreach.
We stress salvation through Jesus Christ, we provide many opportunities
for spiritual growth and service. We have Bible
Studies, assemble together regularly to worship, enjoy Christian
fellowship, and involve our youth in organized youth
group activities. We are active both locally and overseas in
mission work.

Worship
Our weekly Congregational Worship takes place every Sunday at 10:30
a.m.
It is our intent to praise God, to glorify Him through our congregational
worship. The whole church comes together for worship on Sunday morning
(times for worship). At the morning assembly we sing and pray together,
listen to readings from God's word, and participate in the Lord's
Supper, or communion.
The worship service includes a sermon presented by our minister
and an invitation for those who have a need or want to become a
member of God's church.
We now offer our Hispanic community translation services for Sunday's
morning worship.
Parents With Small Children
We encourage each of
you to acquaint your children with God and to make them
feel a part of our worship service. A nursery, and a training
room for children age two and older, is available at the
rear of the auditorium for your use when it is necessary
to take a child out of the assembly.

Jesus Saves
We have found strength and joy in our Friend and Savior, Jesus.
We want to share HIM with you and your family. Our eternal hope
is made possible only through the saving blood of Jesus Christ.
We seek to live out this hope through worship and service to the
Lord.
